Biscotti Café provides breakfast, midday dinner, and a light supper seven days a week.. Forest oaks foodservice professionals provide delicious, healthy and well-balanced meals for our residents.

Our menus feature freshly prepared homestead classics as well as homemade soups and desserts, Chef Moss work closely with our registered dieticians to accommodate residents with a variety of dietary modifications, from low sugar to no salt-added diets. And wide variety of appealing alternatives is offered for those with temporary or permanent dietary restrictions.

We cater special occasion dinners like Thanksgiving, Winter Holiday, New Year’s Eve, Valentine’s Day, a Hawaiian Luau, and throughout the year. As well as themed meal on other significant days during the year.

Residents have seating reserved for them to ensure their attendance at meals.
Tray service is provided to the resident's apartment when a medical condition prevents them from attending meals in the dining room.
